Easy Snacks
Some simple, easy prep, pre dinner snacks that absolutely hit the spot.
Ingredients
Chipolatas
Panchetta (thinly sliced)
Oysters (fersh or tinned)
Mussels (marinated)
Prunes (pitted)
Bacon (streaky)
Method
Wrap chipolatas with panchetta, run it on an angle one piece per chipolata.
Place on rack ready for roasting.
Oysters mussels and prunes. Size bacon, wrap around each oyster secure with toothpick.
Place on rack ready for roasting.
Chopolatas will take about 25 mins, the rest about 10 mins in med 180C oven.
Tips
Fresh oysters have a nicer flavour, tinned ones are easier to manage.
