Easy Dessert

No meal is complete without dessert! This simple recipe for Cinnamon Sugar makes those everyday fruits irresistible.

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 pinch sea salt

2 red apples

2 pears

Method

  1. Peel and core apples and pears

  2. Cut into 1.5cm thick slices

  3. Mix white sugar, cinnamon and sea salt together in a bowl

  4. Coat slices liberally in sugar mixture

  5. Place apple and pear slices into rack

  6. Cook over coals until warmed and slightly browned

  7. Serve with cream

Tips

Try with your favourite fruit - keeping evenly, thick slices and turning regular is the key.
