Easy Dessert
No meal is complete without dessert! This simple recipe for Cinnamon Sugar makes those everyday fruits irresistible.
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
2 red apples
2 pears
Method
Peel and core apples and pears
Cut into 1.5cm thick slices
Mix white sugar, cinnamon and sea salt together in a bowl
Coat slices liberally in sugar mixture
Place apple and pear slices into rack
Cook over coals until warmed and slightly browned
Serve with cream
