Chops & Veg

It’s all about the flavour with this lamb rub—it gives the lamb a beautiful flavour and takes your camp oven to the next level. Simple vegetables, perfectly charred. Dinner is serve.

Ingredients

4 lamb chops

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp curry powder

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp onion granules

1/2 anise seeds

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 red capsicum

1 green capsicum

1 sweet potato

1 zucchini

Method

  1. Prepare coals

  2. Grind the anise seeds with a mortar and pestle

  3. Mix all spices together

  4. Pour olive oil over lamb, sprinkle with rub mix over and rub

  5. Cut all vegetables into chunky pieces

  6. Put lamb and vegetables in separate grilling racks

  7. Place grilling rack over coals and flip regularly until cooked to your liking

Tips

If you don’t turn your racks regularly your chops and vegetables will char.
