Bacon & Eggs Three Ways
BACON AND EGGS THREE WAYS
Everybody's favourite meal. From a feast at breakfast time to a late night snack.
It is always, bacon and eggs time.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg sliced bacon
6 eggs
1 loaf of bread
Spring onions
Cherry tomatoes
Grated cheese.
Way One
Float egg in jug of water to test for freshness. One thick slice of bread buttered with hole cut in centre.
Place bacon and bread on heated BBQ plate, crack egg into centre of bread.
Way Two
Chop up bacon, spring onions, tomato, grate cheese, whisk egg.
Grease small heated skillet, add bacon cook for about 2 minutes, pour in whisked egg, add spring onions, tomatoes, cheese last. Place under hot grill until cheese melts.
Way Three
Grease two small ramekins place bacon around the edge crack egg into ramekin top with spring onions and cheese. Place in med oven until cooked about 10 mins.
