FRENCH TOAST

A simple and tasty breakfast dish that can be enjoyed as a savoury or sweet dish.

INGRIEDENTS 

Thick cut fresh bread.

1 Egg 

1/2 cup milk

3g ham  finely sliced

4 spring onions finely chopped

3 cherry tomatoes chopped

1 queen garnet plumb finely chopped

1/4 cup grated colby cheese 

1/4 cup grated greek feta

Maple surup

Whipped cream

METHOD

Slice bread about 25mm thick. Whisk egg and milk together.

Dip bread in egg mixture cook on oiled plate. When cooked on one side,

Turn over; 

Savoury one, sprinkle with ham, spring onions, tomatoes and colby cheese.

Sweet one, sprinkle with plump and feta

Serve the sweet none with maple syrup and whipped cream.
