The Steak Test

This is a combination of raw red meat and heat.

Ingredients

A piece of Rib Fillet Steak

A piece of Blade Steak

A piece of Rump Steak

A piece of Topside Steak

Method

  1. Stoke the fire

  2. Pre heat the cooking plate

  3. Add the steak

Tips

If you have a temperature probe, when the steak gets to about 50C take it off, put it on a plate, cover with foil, place in a warm stop and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
