Favourite Campfire Deserts

FAVOURITE CAMP FIRE DESERTS

There is a chocolate and a butterscotch, both very easy and extremely tasty.

INGREDIENTS

CHOCOLATE                                                      BUTTERSCOTCH

1/2 cup SR flour                                                 1/2 cup SR flour  

1/3 cup milk                                                        1/3 cup milk

40 g butter melted                                              40 g melted butter

1 egg                                                                  1 egg 

1/4 cup brown sugar                                           1/4 cup brown sugar

1 TBS cocoa                                                        1/4 cup sultanas

a pinch of salt                                                       a pinch of salt

SAUCE

1/2 cup brown sugar                                            1/2 cup brown sugar

1 TBS cocoa                                                         1 TBS golden syrup

2/3 cup hot water                                                  1 TBS butter

                                                                               2/3 cup hot water

Mix together well

METHOD

Oil ramekins well.

Cream butter and sugar add egg beat well add to flour mixture mix well add milk mix well divide between ramekins pour over sauce, cook in moderate oven for 20 minutes serve with ice cream.
