Honey Mustard Drumsticks
HONEY MUSTARD DRUMSTICKS
AND SMASHED POTATOES
Chicken drum sticks are always easy to eat. The sweet and sour flavours of the honey mustard sauce make the difference, add smashed potato and it becomes an exciting dish.
INGREDIENTS
6 chicken drumsticks
3 TBS dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp cornflour
Salt & pepper
3 medium red potatoes
1 TBS melted butter
1 TBS olive oil
METHOD
Add cornflour and two tsp water to dish, mix well add mustard garlic and honey mix well.
Dry drumsticks place in oiled pan, season with salt and pepper, spoon over honey mustard mixture. Cook in Medium oven for 30 minutes turning regularly.
Boil potatoes until soft, cool slightly, place in oiled pan, squash flat with potato masher season with salt and pepper, pour over melted butter and olive oil, bake in medium oven until potatoes crisp up about 20 mins.
