A simple, easy to make breakfast favourite.
INGREDIENTS
Eggs
Chopped ham
Chopped spring onions
Chopped tomatoes
Grated colby cheese
Chopped queen garnet plumbs
Grated greek feta
Whipped cream
METHOD
SAVOURY
Whip one egg, pour into oiled heated skillet, add ham, spring onions, tomato, grated cheese on one side. Gently fold over and cook some more then turn over and cook for two minutes.
SWEET
Whip one egg, pour into oiled heated skillet, Add chopped plumbs and grated feta on one side.Gently fold over and cook some more then turn over and cook for two minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
